If you are logged onto your account in Local Offer, MyPad will save your links and notes until you delete them. Opening times

Tuesday 9.15-1.15pm, Thursday 12.15pm-2.45pm, Friday 9.15am- 11.45am and 12.15-2.45pm. Children can access the service one session a week in addition to their mainstream setting.

Accessibility

Children can be referred by any professional working with the family. We additionally take self referrals.

Service summary

Explorers provides support information and advice to families who have children with SEND. At the same time as providing early education to the children, supporting them to meet their individual needs and prepare them for their transition to school.

Further information

Staff can act as lead professional for the child and families to enable a co-ordinated service. Staff will develop early help assessments in partnership with families to ensure their child’s needs are met, additionally they will instigate the process for a statutory assessment of their educational needs when required.

Children 0-school age who have SEND along with their pre-school siblings and parents.
