WorkFit is the Down’s Syndrome Association’s employment programme which brings together employers and job-seekers who have Down’s syndrome. We focus on finding the right employment opportunities for people who have Down’s syndrome and ensuring that they have the support they need to be successful in the workplace. The Swindon Down’s Syndrome Group and the Down’s Syndrome Association are working together to provide employment opportunities for people with Down’s syndrome in Swindon and the surrounding area.
