MyPad lets you save links to information you have found on Local Offer and want to go back to. You can also add your own notes and update them whenever you wish. If you are logged onto your account in Local Offer, MyPad will save your links and notes until you delete them. As well as offering free and impartial on-the-spot advice through the Trust's Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), we manage the following Trust-wide services: 

  • Interpreting and translation - providing patients with access to trained interpreters 
  • Patient feedback - gathering patients' and visitors' views 
  • Staff training - helping staff to have a better understanding of our patients' experiences 
  • The complaints process
