As well as offering free and impartial on-the-spot advice through the Trust's Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), we manage the following Trust-wide services:
- Interpreting and translation - providing patients with access to trained interpreters
- Patient feedback - gathering patients' and visitors' views
- Staff training - helping staff to have a better understanding of our patients' experiences
- The complaints process
