The Swindon Wellbeing Programme, funded Reaching Communities, uses outdoor activity in nature as a therapeutic measure to prevent ill-health and support mental health recovery. The clinical model that underpins the work we do is based on the evidence-based practice Six Ways to Wellbeing: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give and care for the planet.
