Social and leisure activities for children and young people with disabilities, and breaks from caring for their parents and carers

Further information

We will work with you to identify the activities that would be most appropriate. This could range from information and advice about activities, support to access mainstream activities or the provision of Aiming High specialist groups (see attached Newsletter for more information). Aiming High will provide a maximum of 80 hours support per year.

Client groups

Children and young people with disabilities aged from birth to 18th birthday, who are residents of Swindon Borough Council and meet the Aiming High criteria (see short breaks statement attached).
