We work creatively using therapeutic group work techniques to enable participants to recognise, accept and ultimately find solutions to help them overcome barriers in their lives.


STEP offer a number of different programmes. Once a referral is received, it is assessed and the STEP team will allocate the young person to one of our programmes that is most appropriate to meet the identified needs of that individual.  See STEP Programmes 2015

Client groups

Children and young people must be referred by an adult who knows them well. This could be a professional working in education, health or social care, for example a social worker, teacher or school nurse.
