On Trak Counselling

Service details

We are experienced counsellors who are trained in working with young people's issues.  We see every young person for an initial assessment at On Trak during which we explain about counselling and confidentiality and let the young person tell us what's going on for them.  We then aim to provide regular, weekly counselling sessions.
