Stress Management Workshop £50
Stress can have a huge effect on us, both physically and psychologically.  This small group workshop, which takes place over 3 sessions of 2 hours, aims to explore the causes of stress and teaches you everyday techniques that you can use to drastically reduce the negative effects it can cause in your life.
