We also offer counselling for those people who have experienced self-harm. We have an employment service for people who want support and advice in accessing a job, we have volunteering opportunities and we offer various mental health awareness training. In addition we have a Be Active project which supports people to engage in exercise and sport for their mental health and wellbeing. 


There is no charge for people to access our services but there may be a charge for the training packages that we offer.

Client groups

We provide support and services to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem in Swindon. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

All of our current services are self-referral. We offer one-to-one appointments to explore possible solutions to someone’s emotional distress and to identify their strengths and skills to aid their recovery. We also offer group sessions on different aspects of mental health, including stress solutions, increasing self-esteem and promoting relaxation.
