Service summary

We aim to give children and young people the chance to become everything they can be, sometimes when no one else believes that they can, through mentoring and group activities.

Further information

We recruit, screen and train volunteers to enable them to work effectively with young people and to support SMASH in other areas also.

We provide 1:1 mentoring, group work, professional mentoring and practical advice and support to give 9-19 year olds control and direction post trauma.

Client groups

SMASH is committed to helping young people in the Swindon area who have made a decision to change their lives for the better. Reasons for referrals are varied. Our next training dates for new volunteers is the 14th and 15th September.
