Service summary

Support for children with epilepsy.

Further information

Provides support for children and young people with a diagnosis of Epilepsy and while undergoing investigations for diagnosis. Provides training in giving emergency medication to parents and early years settings.

Client groups

Children and young people aged up to 18 years with a diagnosis of epilepsy or under investigation, and have a Consultant Paediatrician at the Great Western Hospital. By referral from your child’s Consultant, GP, Health Visitor, Social Worker, School Nurse, Nurse Specialist or other healthcare professional.
