We have a team of specialist teaching assistants, led by a dedicated HLTA and overseen by the SENDCo. We offer a number of interventions to ensure pupils are able to access the mainstream curriculum. The Commonweal School SPLD SRP website

 

 

 

Client groups

Responsibility for placing and funding pupils in the SRP lies with SENDACT (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Assessment and Commissioning Team) at the Local Authority. Children need an EHCP with their primary need being 'Specific Learning Difficulty' in order to receive a place in the SRP.
