We understand how frightening it can be to be faced with MS. We know its unpredictability, its affect on your life and how frustrating and stressful it is to keep explaining yourself over and over again. We are a self help group; helping you help yourself and stay as physically independent as you can, whatever symptoms you may be experiencing. We also welcome your carers and family members and offer them support too.

We strive to provide a calm environment where chronic neurological conditions (including MS, Parkinson’s, stroke, brain injury, autism, cerebral palsy and others) are managed in a positive manner. Est. in 1983, we are the only organisation of our kind in the North Wiltshire area. We offer specialist care and attention to address individual difficulties as well as extending a lifeline to help all ages lead a normal life through our range of therapies.

We offer Oxygen Therapy in our hyperbaric Oxygen chamber, Physiotherapy lead by specialists, Tai Chi, Yoga, Seated Yoga, Exercise classes, counselling, financial advice, massage, cyclossage. We have regular visits from the MS Nurse and Podiatrist and appointments are available to our members here at Bradbury House.

Client groups

You don’t need an appointment though to come and see us - if we are open you are welcome to just stop by anytime for a cup of tea and a chat.
If you are still learning about MS and how to manage it, feel free to collect any leaflets from us. There are plenty to choose from including info on individual symptoms and available drugs.
