MyPad lets you save links to information you have found on Local Offer and want to go back to. You can also add your own notes and update them whenever you wish. If you are logged onto your account in Local Offer, MyPad will save your links and notes until you delete them. A Dementia Support Worker can help you understand your diagnosis of dementia, its symptoms and progression. Ensure you’re receiving the correct benefits and services, support you to navigate different systems and access support in a timely manner. 

Dementia Support Workers offer a point of contact for any dementia related questions. Alzheimer’s Society also offer groups like Singing for the Brain, Memory Café, Carer’s Information and Support Program and Dementia Voice in the Swindon area.

You can refer yourself via email or phone, you can drop in to see us at the Memory Clinic (Victoria Centre) on Wednesday afternoons 13:00-16:00, or you can be referred by a professional. We can then meet with you face to face in their own home or other location, over the phone or via email.
