Dementia Advice & Dementia Support Services provide support to people with dementia and their carers to help them to maintain their independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting them in more control of their lives. They also assist people with dementia and their carers to identify their needs and to access appropriate services. The services can be provided by phone or home visits

Dementia Advice and Dementia Support services provide one to one support to people with dementia, carers and family members. The service is unique to personal circumstances and the information and support needed.  The services provide information and practical support to help greater understanding about dementia, and to support service users in accessing other services.
