Escape pain
Classes are run by a qualified Escape Pain exercise professional, and delivered over 12 sessions (2 sessions per week over 6 weeks). Each class incorporates education and exercise
Education session (20 mins) facilitates group discussion on self-management and coping strategies
Exercise session (40 mins) circuit based, individually tailored and progressed
