Time to Change share blog posts that have been written by people with personal experience of mental health difficulties. By talking openly, the bloggers and time to change hope to increase understanding around mental health, break stereotypes and take the taboo out of something that – like physical health – affects us all. 

Mental Health Foundation have a number of personal stories shared from people that have been affected by mental health difficulties.
