Kooth: First steps for getting help

This level of support is for children, young people and families that are experiencing mild or temporary difficulties or are adjusting to life circumstances where getting and acting on advice hasn’t helped to resolve their difficulties or where their difficulties have got worse may benefit from short term evidence based treatments from health services.

Kooth offers a live chat service with their helpful team. It is a space for you to talk about anything that is on your mind. 

Kooth provide an electronic daily journal that you can use to track your feelings or emotions. It allows you to reflect on you’re doing each day and log any self-care activities you are doing to help look after your mental health.
