BEST - Get on Track Wellbeing Program in 2020/21.
BEST will be teaming up with the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and Wiltshire and Swindon Sport to deliver the Get on Track Wellbeing Program in 2020/21.
It is available to young people in Swindon aged between 16 & 25 and is free to participants looking to get active and learn new skills.
The program will help young people improve their self-esteem, get more physically active, improve wellbeing, raise confidence and learn new skills.
Depending on what the group of participants want to achieve there may be funding available to provide accredited training courses such as first aid.
The young people will be trained and mentored by two world class athletes in Elizabeth Cann & Rich Parker, the BEST team and WASP. The delivery of the program will be blended virtually on Zoom and in safe, socially distanced group sessions.
