Patient Advice Liaison Service

PALS provide confidential advice and support to patients, families and their carers, and can provide information on the NHS and health related matters.

The Patient Advice Liaison Service (PALS) is a free health information and advice service. Up to date information is available about local NHS health services including GP's, dentists, opticians, pharmacists, community nursing etc. as well as information on health conditions and a database of organisations who can offer support.

PALS is here to help the NHS to learn from patient's experiences of health services out in the community. You can also tell us about your experience of using these services and we will pass this on, ensuring patient confidentiality if required. PALS will listen to any concerns, queries or suggestions that you may have and help to sort out problems quickly on your behalf.
